Bambina, a true story

So I ventured into the Grizzly Hills by accident. Desperately trying to find a save haven from the terrible monsters there (HUUUUUGE bears exceeding my level by 4!), I find this cute meadow with an alliance camp (westfall brigade encampment). And this is what I saw..

A doe gives birth to a fawn in the thicket whom she names Bambina. After he learns to walk, Bambina befriends Thudder, a young rabbit, and while learning to talk he meets Flora, a young skunk.

One day his mother took them to the meadow, a place that is both wonderful and frightening.



It is also during this visit that Bambina had his first encounter with man, who caused all the animals to flee the meadow. In the meadow Bambina's mother discovered a patch of new grass, hearalding the arrival of spring. As they ate, his mother sensed a hunter and orders Bambina, Thudder and Flora to flee.


The hunter sees the four and starts drooling about his dinner that evening.


As they run, a gun shot rings out... And it penetrates the neck of Bambina's mother. Bambina, in the process of fleeing, sees his mother fall down on the green grass.


He turned red out of furiousness and was in need of vengance! His sight aimed towards the hunter.


And he attacked him, killing the hunter in cold blood!


He ran back to his mother to mourne over her body.


Not knowing what to do next without his mother, he left the corpse for nature to consume it, so that one day it may bring new life to the beautiful meadow..


Nonetheless he cried out for his mother.. A Night Elf saw it all happen but was too late to intervene the hunter. Feeling sorry for the fawn he appeared in front of Bambina and tells him: "your mother can't be with you anymore," then leads them away.



How cruel the humans are! Their behaviour can not be tolerated.. I just hope that the poor little critter won't grow up with vengeance in his heart and on his mind.. For I have tried to show him that not all beings in Azeroth are evil.
